上海软土地区深基坑工程的施工控制要点

摘    要:目前,上海城市地下空间开发发展迅猛,深基坑工程不断向更深趋势发展。周边环境保护要求不断提高,这对深基坑的施工控制提出了新的要求。深基坑工程综合性强,涉及理论复杂,风险性较大,实际施工中易出现支撑体系失稳、周边水土失稳、坑底失稳等现象。因而,深基坑施工控制是一个较为复杂的系统性工程,可通过企业管理控制、项目管理控制、施工过程控制、监测信息交流反馈等手段进行控制,并做好应急预案工作。

Abstract:The development of underground cavity in Shanghai areas is very swift in recent years and the excavated depth of deep pit engineering becomes deeper and deeper.It demands for more accuracy and safety in protecting the nearby buildings.So the construction control of deep pit engineering is becoming harder.Deep pit engineering involves comprehensive and complex theories and has an abnormal risk of deep excavation.It is easy to cause trouble with supporting system,nearby soil and water,and water blow-up in the process of pit excavation.The construction control of deep pit engineering is a complicated system engineering and it can be strengthened by enterprise management control,project management control,construction process control,exchange of monitoring information and preparation of emergency plans.
