应用后区压力棒上销的纺纱效果分析

介绍后区压力棒上销改变细纱后区的牵伸形式，对纱条的强控制是采取下压或下压、上托方式对非控制区纱条的中段进行曲线摩擦，使纱条在喂入前区牵伸前的密度增加、纤维分离少、伸直度好，从而使成纱条干、粗节、细节、棉结水平得到改善；通过纺纱对比试验，说明压力棒上销适应较大的后区罗拉隔距、可适当增加后牵伸倍数，其成纱质量水平优于SX6833型尼龙上销。

Analysis of Spinning Effect Using Top Cradle with Press Bar in Rear Section

Introduction is done to the draw form change of spinning in rear section with the top cradle with press bar in rear section. Reinforced control of sliver is gained by the form of down press or down press plus up support with addition of friction of the mid-part of the sliver in off-control section. The sliver is thus drafted before feeding in the front section, consequently with more density,less fiber take-off and more unwound yarn;as a result of improvement of evenness and slubs and snicks. Comparison practice shows that the top cradle with press bar is applicable for roller with wider gauge in rear section with adjustment of the multiple of drawing in rear section. The spinning performance with the top cradle with press bar is better than nylon top cradle SX6833.
