锻压机械的壳体基础

摘    要:本文提出可利用壳体的弹性和土壤的阻尼特性来构成减振基础,它可以用于产生较大冲击载荷的锻压机械。为此应把机械直接置于壳体上,把壳体直接埋入土壤中。这一基础与传统的基础不同,无需另加设弹性元件及阻尼装置。由于需直接承受较大的冲击负荷,壳体一般需为厚壳。文中较详细地阐述了根据这一思想设计壳体基础的步骤及有关算法。模型、实物测试及生产使用经验表明:这种基础减振效果好,提出的设计步骤可行,计算精度较高。

Abstract:The authors suggest using elasticity of shells and damping behavior of soil to construct vibration-absorbing foundations. These foundations are suitable to forging machines which always produce intense impact loads. According to this suggestion we should put the machine on the shell directly and imbed the shell into soil directly. These foundations? which arc quite differen. from the traditional ones, needn't any additional clastic elements and damping elements. Since the foundations are always subjected to intense impact loads, the shells should be thick. The procedure and related algorithms to design the shell foundations are expounded in detail. Experience in using such foundation for two years as well as model and real foundation tests show that the shell foundations considerably isolate shock and vibration and the design procedure proposed in this paper are reasonable. The algorithms can give accurate results.
