锅炉乏汽回收利用实践

摘    要:介绍了承钢2台220 t锅炉,1台108 t锅炉的除氧器乏汽、定排扩容器乏汽、疏水扩容器乏汽的回收,连排扩容器疏水可利用余热的回收,提高了锅炉的热效率,也回收了乏汽中的除盐水,回收乏蒸汽的同时也美化了环境,取得了良好经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Recovery of exhaust steam from the two 220 t boilers, deaerator of a 108 t boiler, fixed-flow flash tank and drainage flash tank is introduced. Exhaust steam recovery can improve the thermal efficiency of boilers and recover demineralized water from exhaust steam as well as beautify environment, achieving good economic and social results.
