基于DSP的移相全桥变换器的研究

摘    要:研究了以全桥变换器作为主电路拓扑、以TMS320LF240x系列DSP作主控芯片、以移相控制方式作为控制方案的移相全桥软开关DC-DC变换器.由DSP发出移相控制信号并经芯片IR2110驱动放大,在移相驱动信号的控制下可以实现全桥变换器主功率开关的ZVS.进行了系统软件和硬件的设计,并安装了实验样机,实验结果表明设计方案正确,软开关效果良好.

Abstract:The full bridge converter as the main circuit,TMS320LF240x series DSP is used to control the chip,the phase shifting control mode are taken as the control plan,the phase shifting entire bridge soft switch DCDC converter was studied.The DSP sends out the phase shifting control signal and then that amplified by IR2110 chip.It can realize ZVS of the full bridge converter main power switch by the phase shifting drive control.It designed the software and the hardware of this system,and built the prototype.The experimental results show the design proposal is feasible.
