植物提取物中茉莉酸定性定量分析

摘    要:建立了植物提取物中茉莉酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC)-三重四极杆复合线性离子阱(QTrap)质谱测定方法,样品经提取后,采用反相色谱柱进行保留、分离,大气压电离源将样品离子化,经串联四极杆复合线性离子阱质谱进行定性和定量检测。茉和酸在0.1-100ng/mL浓度范刚内呈良好线性.实际样品的最低榆出限为0.05ng/mL,最低定量限为0.1ng/ML.通过标准添加的方式,考察高、中、低三个水平的样品凹收率以及相对标准偏差(n=15),得到三个水平的平均回收率分别为80.57%、95.24%、98.48%,相对标准偏差为1.59%、1.26%、1.04%。

Abstract:A method for determination of jasmonic acid in plant extracts has heen developed. The plant sample was extracted and separated using reversed phase silica columns, then determined by LC-MS/MS. The calibration curves of jasmonie acid showed good linearity in the range of 0.1 to 200 ng/mL, the detection limit of method was 0.05 ng/mL, and the limit of quantifieation was 0. I ng/mL. After adding standard solution to sample, the average recoveries and RSDs of high, medium, low level (n = 15) were investigated. The average recoveries of three levels were 80. 57%, 95.24% and 98.48%, respectively, and the RSDs were 1.59%, 1.26% and 1.04% , respectively.
