硫铁矿焙烧渣制高炉炼铁用球团装置的生产实践

摘    要:详细介绍了1 200 kt/a大型硫铁矿焙烧渣制优质高炉炼铁用球团的生产过程.将硫铁矿制酸的焙烧渣和铁精粉混昆合后进行高压辊磨,添加造球剂造球.生球再通过筛分、2级干燥、高温焙烧后冷却即得成品铁球团.该装置于2009年初投产,经局部改造完善后,运行稳定,系统全面达标达产,取得了较好的经济和社会效益.

Abstract:A plant to produce 1 200 kt/a high-quality ferric ball feed with pyrite cinder for blast furnace is intro- duced. Pyrite cinder from pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant and iron powder were ground under high pressure af- ter mixing, and then pelletizing agent was added to obtain green balls. Green balls were made into finished balls through screening, two-stage drying, high temperature roasting and cooling. The plant was put into commission at the beginning of 2009, and ran stably after local revamping. The system reaches the designed capacity and production standards, achieving economic and social benefits.
