摘    要:介绍了四川宏达股份有限公司200 kt/a硫磺制酸装置废热回收系统工艺和设备的改造情况.分析原有废热回收系统存在的问题,通过提高进焚硫炉干燥空气温度多产蒸汽,有效提高了热能回收利用率.改造后,装置运行状况良好,副产2.45 MPa、400 ℃过热蒸汽31.6 t/h,产汽率达到1.264 t/t,经济效益明显.

Abstract:Technical revamping of the process and equipment for waste heat recovery system in a 200 kt/a sul- phur-burning sulphuric acid plant in Sichuan Hongda Co. , Ltd. is described. The problems of the existing waste heat recovery system are analyzed. The plant generated more steam by raising the temperature of the dried air en- tering sulphur furnace, thus improving the heat energy recovery and utilization effectively. The plant ran smooth- ly after transformation with the production of superheated steam at 2. 45 MPa and 400 ℃ of 31.6 t/h and steam rate of up to 1. 264 t/t, resulting in significant economic benefits.
