乙酸酐-对甲基苯磺酸-乙酸乙酯法测定聚醚多元醇羟值研究

摘    要:以乙酸酐-对甲苯磺酸-乙酸乙酯酰化体系代替邻苯二甲酸酸酐-吡啶酰化体系,对聚醚多元醇羟值的测定方法进行了改进。讨论了酰化反应温度、时间对测定结果的影响。结果表明,采用乙酸酐-对甲苯磺酸-乙酸乙酯酰化体系,在55℃下反应20min,测定结果与国标法无明显差异。该方法不仅简便、快速,而且避免了吡啶溶剂对实验环境的影响。

Abstract:Using acetic anhydride-p-toluene sulfonic acid-ethyl acetate acylate system to replace phthalic an- hydride-pyridine acylate system the method of testing hydroxyl value of polyether polyol was improved. The influ- ence of reaction temperate and time on the testing result was discussed. The results showed that using acetic an- hydride-p-toluene sulfonic acid-ethyl acetate acylate system, the testing results had no obvious difference with the National Standard's Method at reaction temperature 55 ℃ and reaction time 20 min. This method was simple, fast, precise, avoiding the influence of pyridine solution on experimental environment.
