| 摘 要： | 为顺利实施《国产非特殊用途化妆品备案管理办法》，弥补国家化妆品质量监督检验中心在化妆品毒理学检验方面的空白，从动物房设计要求、文验室布局以及水电排风等方面．针对普通环境实验动物房的建设．同时结合实际情况提出相关建议和具体实施方案。科学合理的设计与布局以及规范的管理为国产非特殊用途化妆品的毒理学检验提供了良好的实验条件。

| Abstract: | The design and construction of conventional environment laboratory animal facility for cosmetics toxicological tesing were discussed in order to successfully carry out the ＂Domestic Non-special Use Cosmetics Record Management Approach＂ and make up the lack of ahility in cosmeties toxicological testing for the National Cosmetics Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The scientific design and rational construction of complete facility and standardized management are put forward to en sure regular operation of the laboratory animal facility for providing high quality laboratory animals to meet the requirements of testing. |
