| Abstract: | In order to overall study the present sittmtion of lavender and its essential oil, the latest studies of the varieties and ecological characteristics, chemical compositiou, pharmacological effects and quality control of this plant were reviewed, then some new thoughts on development of lavender essential oil was put forward. It provides some theoretical basis for the further study and exploitation of lavender resources. |
