摘    要:探讨了以K型热电偶为测温传感器的智能化温度测量仪在煮茧方面的应用。介绍了基于MAX6674的温度测量系统的构成、硬件原理、软件方法,重点说明了测量转换器件MAX6674使用方法及与单片机的接口。该系统所用的K型热电偶体积很小,故实际应用中,此系统能够实现对茧腔内温度测量这一目的,且该系统通过串行通讯可使上位PC机取得数据,分析煮茧情况。

Abstract:this article show the research and application of intellectualized tempeperature measuring instrument based on Kthermooouple which is used in cocoon oooking process. Introduced the structure,hardware principle and software manner for the temperature treasuring system based on MAX6674. Emphasized the using method and interface with the measuring element MAX6674. And because the K-thermocouple which is used in measuring temperature directly is very small, the interior temperature of cocoon in the cocoon oooking machine can be treasured exactly by this instrument, because of using the standards of RS232, we can obtain temperature data by using serial communication between PC and this inset, consequently we can analyze the oondition of steam cocoon process.
