| 摘 要： | 本文用双周数表计算了铜合金厚壁管空拔后的壁厚。１６个实例的平均相对误差为２７９％。计算准确性较高。双周数表通用性较强，在一般的生产条件下，可以不考虑模角、摩擦系数、管材材质及其状态等因素；当反拉力应力σｑ大时，则需要对计算结果作修正。双周数表也适用于空拔钢管

| Abstract: | The wall thickness of thick wall copper tube drawn without plug is calculated by using Zhou-Zhou formula.The relative mean error of 16 examples is 279%.Therefore,the calculation is proven to be accurate and Zhou-Zhou formula is a general purpose method.Under normal production conditions,the die angle,friction coefficient,tube material and material temper can be neglected in the calculation.When the counter stress g is big,the result of the conversion should be adjusted.Zhou-Zhou formula can also be applied to the calculation of the wall thickness of steel tube. |
