凝汽器采用螺旋槽铜管强化传热的试验研究

摘    要:本文对水平螺旋槽管凝结放热进行了实验研究,并在电厂凝汽器上进行了工业试验。结果表明,螺旋槽管换热器总体传热系数比光管换热器提高约23%~48%,凝汽器采用螺旋槽管后,使N25—3.43/435汽轮机背压降低1.16kPa,因而具有显著的经济效益。

Abstract:The heat exchanger has steam (about 0.12MPa) to be condensed outside the tube and coolant water to flow through the tubes. The experimental results show that the overall heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger with the.spirally corrugated tube is 25% to 48% higher than that with the smooth tube. The experimental results of heat transfer coeffcient and of hydraulic resistance of the spirally corrugated tube are presented in the paper.The pressure of the condenser with spirally corrugated tube in turbine N25-3.43/435 is 1.16kPa lower than that with the smooth tube, therefore, the application of condenser with spirally corrugated tube will be widely purposed.
