从教育公平看农村教育信息化

在农村大力推行教育信息化,旨在缩小城市与农村的教育差距。而在实践过程中,由于城乡教育的不公平所带来的影响,教育信息化在某种程度上却扩大了城乡教育差距。城乡居民的经济收入、人口数量、文化基础的差异,政府投入政策与相应的制度失衡以及城乡教育资源差异都在一定程度上阻碍了农村教育信息化。

Some Barriers in the Educational Informlization in Countryside

We spread the educational informlization in countryside energetically, which in order to reduce the educational gap between the city and the countryside. But in practice, because of the effect of the educational unfairness, it enlarge the gap in a certain extent. The difference of income, population, culture basis between the people in the city and countryside, the policy of government devotion and the unbalance rule, the educational resource difference and so on, they all become the barriers of the educational informlization in countryside.
