摘    要:传统的煤层气井口环形钢板套管头存在结构不合理,悬挂强度低,经不起井口作业反复撞击,安装时间长,悬挂质量不易保证,只能起悬挂套管作用,不具备油井后续处理功能等问题。为此,研究设计了新型煤层气井口套管头。对新型套管头的关键部位进行设计计算和受力分析,用Pro/E软件建立套管头实体模型,并保存为IGES文件格式,形成相应的三维有限元模型。用ANSYS软件对套管头结构进行有限元分析,结果表明,设计结构满足刚度和强度要求。

The design and study of a new coal-bed methane wellhead casing head

Abstract:The casing head of the doughnut-shaped steel plate of the CBM(coal-bed methane) wellhead is unreasonable in structure and weak in suspension strength.It cannot stand repeated impact of wellhead operation.It takes a long time of installment.Its suspension quality cannot be ensured.It functions only as suspending casing.And it has no function of oil-well subsequent processing.Considering these problems a new-type CBM wellhead casing head was studied and designed.The key position of casing head was designed and calculated,together with an analysis of its force condition.The Pro/E was adopted to establish the solid model of casing head and it was saved as the IGES file format.The corresponding three-dimensional finite element model was formulated.The ANSYS software was used to make a finite element analysis of the casing head structure.The result showed that the structural design satisfied the requirement of rigidity and strength.
