井下发电机涡轮设计、动力模拟与性能试验

摘    要:为了缩短涡轮研制周期,降低研制费用,在涡轮机械一元流理论基础上进行叶栅叶型设计,借助计算机辅助叶片造型,运用CFD软件对井下涡轮进行了全三维模型数值模拟和力学性能预测。模拟结果与试验结果对比表明,在涡轮转速低于1 000 r/min时相同转速下实测扭矩小于模拟扭矩,而高于1 000 r/min后相同转速下实测扭矩大于模拟扭矩,但两者相差不大;压降变化趋势基本相同,低转速下模拟压降稍小于实测压降;涡轮空转转速实测值稍高于模拟值。最后指出,一元流理论同计算辅助叶片造型相结合,通过合理调整相关参数满足流道、叶片型线和喉部折转角的检验要求,可以达到理论设计的预期结果。

The design,power simulation and performance experiment of the downhole generator turbine

Abstract:To shorten the cycle of turbine development and reduce development costs,the cascade profile was designed on the basis of the one-dimensional flow theory of turbo-machinery.The CAD method was adopted to design the blade profile.The CFD software was used to conduct the numerical simulation of three-dimensional model and mechanical property prediction of downhole turbine.A comparison of the simulation result and the experimental result showed that,as the turbine speed was lower than 1,000 r/min,the actually measured torque was less than the simulation torque;as the turbine speed is higher than1,000 r/min,the actually measured torque was larger than the simulation torque with minor difference.The tendency of pressure drop change was basically similar.The simulation pressure drop under the low rotation speed was slightly less than the measured pressure drop.The actually measured value of the idling speed of turbine was slightly greater than the simulation value.Finally,it was pointed out that the combination of the one-dimensional flow theory and the CAD profile could arrive at the expected result of the theoretical design by reasonably regulating the relevant parameters to satisfy the inspection requirement of the flow channel,profile line and the turning angle of the throat.
