超长冲程杆式抽油泵的研制与应用

摘    要:针对常规抽油泵在深井举升过程中存在系统效率低、泵效低、漏失量大和气体严重影响泵的充满程度等问题,研制了超长冲程杆式抽油泵。该抽油泵采用长柱塞对长泵筒的组合方式,最小密封段达到1.2 m,实现了12 m超长冲程抽油;采用软、硬相结合的密封方式和六爪锁紧装置,提高了抽油泵的密封性和锚定的可靠性。3口井的现场应用表明,该抽油泵应用效果良好,实施成功率100%,与常规抽油泵相比,提高泵效均在12%以上。

Abstract:There exist low system efficiency,low pump efficiency,large leakage and severe effect of gas on the filling degree of the pump in the deep-well lifting of conventional pumps.Therefore the ultra-long stroke rod pump was developed.The pump adopted the combination of long plunger and long pump barrel.The minimum sealing section reached 1.2 m.The 12 m ultra-long stroke pumping was achieved.The soft and hard sealing methods and the six-claw locking device were adopted,thus improving the reliability of the seal and anchor of the pump.The field application in 3 wells showed that the pump had a good effect of application.The success rate of operation reached 100%.Compared with conventional pumps,the new pump improved its efficiency by over 12%.
