随钻井斜监测预警系统研究

摘    要:针对目前油田所用的测斜仪已不能完全满足深井钻井工艺要求的问题,研制了随钻井斜监测预警系统。该系统包括井斜测量工具和地面接收仪器2大部分,可根据不同井深的井斜角度要求进行随钻监测,对井斜角度起到预警作用。该系统中的井斜测量工具为机械液压式结构,结构简单,适用性强,可降低测斜强度,提高测斜的工作效率,缩短钻井周期。试验及应用表明,该系统能够实现随钻测斜,耐高温且安全可靠,对降低测斜工作强度、提高井身质量和降低钻井成本等有着十分显著的效果。

Abstract:Considering the problem that the inclinometer currently used by oilfields cannot satisfy the technological requirement of deep-hole drilling,the hole deviation monitoring-while-drilling monitoring system was developed.The system consists of hole deviation survey tool and ground receiving instrument,which can perform monitoring-while-drilling according to hole angle requirements of different hole depths and thus has an early warning function for hole angle.The hole deviation survey tool of the system is of a mechanical hydraulic structure,with a simple structure and a strong adaptability.It can reduce deviation survey strength,improve the operating efficiency of inclinometry and shorten the drilling cycle.The test and application show that the system can achieve deviation survey-while-drilling and has a resistance to high temperature.It is safe and reliable,and is very effective in reducing deviation survey strength,improving hole quality and reducing drilling costs.
