卧式沉降离心机分离沉淀硫酸钡的研究

阐述了硫酸钡生产过程中固液分离工艺的现状。提出了用卧式沉降离心机来代替该行业常用的真空叶滤机或箱式压滤机来分离沉淀硫酸钡，并优化卧式沉降离心机的工艺参数：转速3000r／min，溢流直径138mm．差转速30r／min。在该条件下，经过卧式沉降离心机分离后的硫化钠水溶液质量分数为4．46％～5．30％，硫酸钡钡饼含硫化钠碱液质量分数22％～25％，碱回收率大于95％。该设备用于沉淀硫酸钡生产中固液分离，完全能够满足工艺要求。

Study on the separating of barium sulfate by horizontal centrifugal subsider

The current status of solid/liquid separation in the production of BaSO_4 is described.The horizontal centrifugal subsider is used to replace the traditional vacuum leaf filter or box-type press filter in separation of BaSO_4 precipitate.The optimum parameters of the horizontal centrifugal subsider are as follows:the rotation speed 3 000 r/min,the diameter of overflow 138 mm,the differential rotation speed 30 r/min.Under this conditions,the Na_2S content after separation 4.46%~5.30%,the Na_2S content in the filter cake 22%~25% and the recovery rate of alkali>95%.
