三峡工程胜利实现大江截流

三峡工程采用三期导流明渠通航方案，在二期导流时，利用明渠和临时船闸能航，进行大江截流。为使截流万无一失，截流设计流量定为１４０００￣１９４００ｍ＾３／ｓ，截流时间定为１９９７年１１月上旬，截流方案为单戗立堵方式，用平抛垫底解决截流水深的问题。在施工中，视堤头稳定情况，分别采用自卸汽车直接抛填和堤头集料，堆土机赶料方式填筑。在设计、施工、监理单位的共同努力下，于１９９７年１１月８日胜利实现大江截流。

The Yangtze River Dammed Successfully

A construction scheme including constrcution diversion in three stages and navingation by open channel has been adopted for the Three Gorges Project. For a successful riverclosure with the end -damping method in the period of the first ten -day, Nov. 1997, 14000-19400 m3/s was selected as the design discharge. By the use of dumping from barges in advancehas solved larger discharge and water depth and backfill quantity. According to the stabitity conditions at the dike end,the materials were dumped directly into the river by dumpers or the materials dumped by dumpers at the dike end and then pushed into the river by the dozers. In acommon effort by the Designer,the Contractors and the Engineer,the Yangtze river was closedsuccessfully on Nov. 8, 1997.
