含间隙弧面分度凸轮机构动力学的实验研究

摘    要:分度凸轮机构是大多数自动机械中的核心环节,其动力学特性对机器的整体性能起到关键的作用。间隙是影响分度凸轮机构的动态性能的最重要因素之一。文中对岔间隙弧面分度凸轮机构的动力学问题进行实验研究,介绍建立弧面分度凸轮机构实验台的方法,并给出不同转速条件下载荷盘和靠近分度盘位置上的加速度响应。实验结果证明间隙对分度盘的影响更为严重的结论,验证含间隙分度凸轮机构动力学方程的理论分析结果。

Abstract:Indexing cam mechanism is the core of most of automation machineries, whose dynamics plays an important role on whole property of machine. Clearance is one of the most important factors that affect the dynamics of indexing cam mechanism. It addresses experiment study on indexing cam mechanism with clearance. Firstly, test rig of roller gear cam mechanism is introduced. Then, the experimental results of dynamic responses on rotary table and near the turret are given. According to present work, the conclusion are drawn that the clearance deteriorates the dynamic responses more on the turret than ones on rotary table. It agrees well with the theoretical analysis on dynamic equations of roller gear mechanism.
