| 摘 要： | 通过对广东粤华发电有限责任公司1025t／h直流锅炉水冷壁爆漏原因的分析，提出了水冷壁改造的措施，并指出了水冷壁改造过程中的注意事项。改造后，有效降低了锅炉水冷壁爆漏事故的发生次数，提高了锅炉运行的安全可靠性。

| Abstract: | Based on cause analysis on the burst and leakage failure of a 1 025 t/h once-through boiler's water wall tubes in Guangdong Yuehua Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,specific retrofit measures were proposed,with items needing to be cared during retrofit presented.Retrofit application has greatly reduced the frequency of burst and leakage accidents,and hence safety boiler operation guaranteed. |
