| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前煤炭产能的主要特点及问题,提出了煤炭科学产能的概念,以促进我国煤炭工业可持续发展,扭转目前我国煤炭生产"高危、污染、粗放、无序"的行业形象,并根据我国煤炭资源的特点,对我国煤炭科学产能的规模、布局和发展潜力进行了全面论述,同时预测了2030年、2050年前后的煤炭科学产能总量,提出了我国煤炭向科学产能发展的战略部署和措施建议.
