甘油对催化水合乙二醇反应的影响

摘    要:以甘油作为催化水合乙二醇工艺中循环催化剂的溶剂,主要探讨了甘油对原工艺的转化率和选择性的影响.并用统计软件对实验结果进行了分析.研究表明:甘油不参与原反应,对反应转化率和选择性的影响都是非统计重要的,可以用甘油代替乙二醇作为该工艺中循环催化荆的溶荆;最后得出了加入甘油溶剂时的较佳反应工艺条件。

Abstract:This paper has mainly discussed the effects of glycerol,when used as the solvent to recycle the catalyst,on the conversion and selectivity of the process of ethylene glycol (EG) synthesized by catalytic hydration of ethylene oxide. The results of the experiments have been analyzed with the help of statistical software. The research shows that glycerol doesn't take part in the original reaction and its effects on the conversion and selectivity are not important. So glycerol can be used as the solvent in place of EG. Finally the better reaction conditions are found with the solvent of glycerol.
