摘    要:针对企业改革中出现突发性劳资事件的问题,提出了处理此类事件应注意的四个方面,即信息及时全面,定性快捷准确;方案确实可行,处置果断有力;方法灵活机动,措施因地制宜;善后处理妥当,教训举一反三。对处于主辅分离、辅业改制时期的各企业,具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Against emergent event of labor and management in enterprise reform, presented four points to be careful in dealing with this event, namely, timely and entire information, prompt and accurate determination; practicable proposal, decisive and powerful handling; flexible and mobile method, measures suiting local conditions; proper post treatment, related instructive lesson. It is applicable to enterprises which are at the stage of main - auxiliary separation, auxiliary system reform.
