| 摘 要： | 创新按其始创性分为原始性创新和延伸扩展性的二次创新。本文提出了利用专利进行二次创新作为我国发挥后进优势提升企业整体创新能力的可能性和现实性，着重介绍如何有效地利用专利的流程介绍和二次创新方法，提出利用专利进行二次创新的两种方法：卡片剪纸对照法和剥离法。最后对其作了产出和效益的分析，从实例和分析中说明了创新的效益可以表现在对经济增长、生态环境和社会的总效益的贡献上。

| Abstract: | Innovation classifies initiative innovation and expansible secondary innovation. This paper brings forward possibility and reality of the secondary innovational methods aiming at patents to enhance the innovative ability. Specially, mentions procedure of utilizing patents and two methods of cards collating and peeling. Finally analysis of benefit and turnout is discussed. At the basis of instances and a-nalysis, innovational profit can make out the contribution to economic growth, environment and society. |
