摘    要:采用Workbench有限元分析软件对DVG850高速立式加工中心的立柱进行静刚度分析,并对立柱壁厚、筋的高度以及立柱顶部开口大小进行优化。结果表明:立柱壁厚是影响立柱整体静刚度的主要因素;将立柱壁厚增加10mm,立柱筋高度增加15mm,立柱顶部开口减小25mm,在立柱的总质量增加28.3%的情况下,立柱的刚度能够满足设计要求。

Abstract:The static rigidity of vertical column of DVG850 high-speed vertical type machining centre was analyzed adopting finite element analysis software Workbench.The parameters,including the wall thickness of vertical column,the bar height and opening degree on top of vertical column,were optimized.The results show that:the wall thickness of column is the main influential factor in overall static rigidity of the column;by increasing 10 mm on the wall thickness and 15 mm on height of column reinforced bar,decreasi...
