泵控式电液伺服速度控制系统仿真与分析

摘    要:通过分析泵控式电液伺服速度控制系统的原理,建立其数学模型,应用SIMULINK分析改变输入信号的幅值、积分放大器增益和变量泵的排量梯度时系统的动态特性。结果表明:增加输入信号的幅值,系统的调节时间增加;增大积分放大器增益和变量泵的排量梯度时,系统的调节时间增加,超调量增大,上升时间变小,稳定性能降低。从而为泵控式马达速度控制系统的优化提供依据。

Abstract:By analyzing the principle of the pump controlled electro-hydraulic velocity servo system,its math model was built.The dynamic identities of the system were analyzed by SIMULINK when the amplitude of input signal,integral amplifier gain and the delivery capacity grads of the variable-volume pump were changed.The results indicate:the adjusting time of the system increases when the amplitude of the input signal is increased;the adjusting time of the system is increased,the overshoot is increased and the rise-...
