PID控制在液黏传动调速起动控制系统中的应用

摘    要:根据液黏传动调速起动的特点,建立起控制系统传递函数,运用PID控制对系统的响应特性进行分析,并对PID调节前后的起动速度曲线进行仿真分析。结果表明,加入PID调节后系统的输出转速能较好地跟踪设定值。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of hydro-viscous drive speed regulating start,the control system transfer function was established.PID control was used to analyze the response characteristics of the system.The starting speed curves before and after PID adjustment were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the output speed of the system coincides well with the setting value using PID control.
