木素磺酸盐添加剂对水煤浆流变行为影响研究

摘    要:为了工业应用上的需要,实验通过流变测量的方法研究了木质素磺酸钠(简称木钠)对水煤浆的流变行为影响,包括木钠浓度、分子量、浆体温度、pH值及木钠与NDF在预剪切条件下的流变性能比较。结果表明:木钠的添加量超过煤重的0.8%时,过量的木钠会引起水煤浆黏度的增加。煤浆的流动性并不随着木钠分子量的增加而增加。相对分子量在10000~50000的级分对流变性较为有利。掺加木钠的煤浆温度只有在60℃时达到最佳的降粘效果。远离此温度点时黏度将增加。煤浆溶液在pH=9的弱碱性环境时最能发挥木钠的分散作用。预剪切实验表明掺加木钠的煤浆溶液的黏度会随着预剪切时间的增加而增加。

Abstract:The influence of sodium lignosulfonate (SL) on the rheological characteristics of coal-water suspension was investigated by the way of rheological measurement for the demand of application, including SL concentration, molecular mass, temperature, pH and the rheological characteristics comparison of SL and NDF. Results show that the excessive SL induces the viscosity increase when the maximum is more than 0.8 wt%.The fluidity of suspension doesn't increase with the increasing of the relative molecular mass. The fraction of 10000~50000 has a better effect on the suspension fluidity. The suspension blended with SL only reaches the best viscosity-decreasing effect at the temperature of 60 ℃. Apart from that point, the viscosity will increase. A weak basic environment of pH=9 is the profitable to exert the dispersing property of SL The preshearing experiment indicates that the viscosity added SL increases with the time prolonging.
