| 摘 要： | X-ray mass absorption coefficients play an important role in the accuracy of and XRF intensity calculation.It is necessary to determine the proper schemes for providing satisfying values μ/ρ,In this work we examined and compared various schemes.A program based on the existing schemes to provide more accurate and convenient μ/ρ valuse was then introduced.The results from the program appears to be tolerable.
