| 摘 要： | ERP系统的实施投资大、周期长,任何企业要想获得成功并非易事。由于ERP项目实施中存在着诸多问题,国内众多制造业的ERP实施遭到失败。本文通过对制造业的行业特点和ERP实施要点、难点,提出关于制造业实施ERP系统应注意的问题,为即将实施ERP的企业提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | It is not easy case to gain success of ERP for every enterprise,cause of implementation of ERP system performed long period and large investment.As to the many problems exist in the ERP item implementing,that the ERP system implementation of many domestic manufacturing enterprise suffered defeat.This paper will raise some problem that the enterprise should be noticed during ERP implementing through the profession feature and key point and difficult point for the manufacture industry,and provide some reference for some enterprise that which would be implemented the ERP. |
