八面河油田疏松砂岩油藏出砂与防砂机理探讨

摘    要:八面河油田属疏松砂岩油藏 ,由于油藏压实作用差 ,胶结疏松、胶结构中粘土矿物含量多 ,加上原油粘度高 ,造成油井出砂严重 ,绝大部分油水井不防砂无法生产。文章从储层特征和开发工艺技术分析入手 ,得出了疏松砂岩出砂的砂粒中包括四个方面的颗粒 :渗流砂出砂 ,含量为3 -4 % ;弱胶结附着的颗粒出砂 ,主要粒径为<37mm ;储层骨架颗粒破坏型出砂 ;砂穴崩落型出砂 ,同时文章还对八面河油田防砂工艺进行了探讨 ,并提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:The oil reservoirs of Bamianhe Oilfield belong to unconsolidated sandstone oil reservoirs. Sand production phenomena of oil wells are very serious and many oil wells can't be put into production without sand control because of unfavored compaction and cementation, The study results abtained on the basis of reservoir charicteristics and recovery technology analyses show that the sand grains resulting from sand productin of unconsolidated sandstones are as the follows:sand grains flow with fluids, content of the sand grains is 3--4%; weakly consolidated adhesive sand grains, main grain sizes of the grains are less than 37mm; destrutive-type matrix sand grains of reservoirs and sand grains resulting from sloughing of sand caves。 Sand control technology of Bamianhe Oilfield is studied and relevant improvment measures of sand control are put forward in this paper。
