摘    要:塔河油田主要勘探区块的成藏复杂、储层埋藏深,下部地层多为泥岩、砂岩互层,易井斜,可钻性差。为提高井眼质量,保护钻头及钻柱,降低井下事故发生率,TK915-4井在钻进施工过程中采用带有YTJ型液力推进器的"复合"钟摆钻具组合。2种型号YTJ型液力推进器在TK915-4井3次入井使用,通过现场使用数据、甲方数据以及大量邻井数据,分析了YTJ型液力推进器的使用效果。结果表明:YTJ型液力推进器可在防斜的同时,防止跳钻的发生,有效提高机械钻速,保护钻具,降低井下事故几率,减少非生产用时,从而提高经济效益。

Effectiveness Analysis of YTJ Thtustets in Tatim Rivet Oilfield

Abstract:Reservoirs of the Tarim River oilfield are deeply buried.It is hard and easily inclined in the lower strata where mostly mudstone,sandstone interbedded.To improve ROP and reduce the incidence of drilling accidents in the drilling process of the TK915-4,pendulum BHA with YTJ type hydraulic thrusters was used.Two models YTJ thrusters were used in TK915-4 wells for three times.The application data,as well as a large number of data of adjacent wells,show that, YTJ thrusters can effectively improve ROP,prevent the occurrence of jumping and deviating while drilling,thus reduce downhole accident probability,reducing non-productive time,enhancing eco-nomic efficiency.
