喉嘴距对喷射引流器性能影响试验研究

摘    要:喷射引流器已应用于套管气的回收系统中,喉嘴距是影响喷射引流效率的关键因素之一。考虑油井工况,研制了喉嘴距可调的喷射引流器。模拟套管气回收工况进行室内试验,研究背压、负压、射前流量、射后流量及引射流量与喉嘴距长短的关系。结果表明:喉嘴距对喷射引流的性能产生重要影响。存在1个最合适的喉嘴距,使喷射引流器的效率达到最高。

Abstract:Injection technology has been widely used in casing gas recovery ,hose nozzle distance is one of the key factors of injection technology to achieve high efficiency. Considering the working conditions of oil wells,an injector of hose nozzle with adjustable spray was designed and manufactured, the application of the injector in the recovery of the casing gas in the laboratory was simulated, separately the relationship between back pressure, negative pressure, front flow, after flow, gas meter flow and hose nozzle distance were researched and analyzed. The results indicate that hose nozzle distance has an importance on the injection efficiently,and there is a most appropriate hose nozzle distance that made the injector highest efficiency.
