| Abstract: | This article introduces a new method that oxidation-reduction equation is balanced by ion-electron-charge. Its main idea is that the amount of charge is balanced by adding H or OH -. It has the following advantages: simple, easy to understand and learn. This method is worthy to be spread in teaching. |
