| Abstract: | The paper analyzes some disadvantages when classical industry and civil construction enterprises enter into railway construction field, which comes from: professional personnel, railway construction management, facility/material storage, prior preparation, fund supply. Also, it puts forward countermeasures about resetting personnel system, enhancing equipments and materials management, enlarging financing methods and reforming project management mode. |
