内置位置传感器混合式步进电机驱动系统

摘    要:提出了一种应用于混合式步进电机闭环驱动的内置位置传感器技术,利用气隙比磁导法分析了这种新型传感器的工作原理,在此基础上提出了利用步进电机磁阻变化实现连续转子位置的检测方法。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。这种内置位置传感器为实现步进电机自同步闭环控制奠定了基础。

Abstract:Aposition sensor of built-in technology for hybrid stepping motor closed-loop drive is pro posed. The theory of this new sensor is analyzed using the method of specific permeance of airgap. On this base, the achievement of continuous rotor position detection by the variation of the reluctance of stepping motor is proposed. The accuracy of this theory is verified by experimental results. This position sensor of built-in technology make the foundation of self-synchronous closed-loop control of stepping motor.
