多效唑生产废水处理试验研究

摘    要:高效有机农药多效唑生产过程中产生的工业废水,其有机物浓度高、含盐量大、碱性强,对环境水体污染十分严重,难以用普通的处理方法进行处理。作者探讨采用真空蒸馏一空气吹脱法处理多效唑生产技术,结果表明,无机污染物完全被去除,有机污染物去除率达98%以上,基本上消除了其结环境的污染。

Abstract:The organic matter in the industrial wastewater resulted from the multiple effect organic pesticide, polychresticzol is high. The salt contained in the wastewater is also high. The alkalinity in the wastewater is strong. It has seriously polluted the environmental water body, and has been difficult to be treated by ordinary methods. Now, vacuum distillation-air -blowing off treatment is used for treating this wastewater. The result shows that inorganic pollutant is removed completely and more than 90% of organic pollutant is removed. The pollution to the environment is eliminated in the main.
