旋转超声加工机床的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型旋转超声加工机床,该机床采用了粗精频率跟踪的智能超声波发生器,提出并实现了两面定位的超声变幅杆结构,实验证明,整个机床运行安全可靠,对硬脆材料的超声加工效果明显。

Abstract:A new rotary ultrasonic machining tool is introduced .A wise ultrasonic power is studied with ability of rough and refined frequency tracking and a two-positioning structure is firstly presented and carried out. The experiments show that the tool works well and has satisfied effects on machining hard and brittle materials.
