铈锆固溶体制备方法的研究进展

摘    要:对铈锆固溶体制备方法的研究进展进行了总结和评述。目前所报道的固溶体的主要制备方法有共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、氧化物高能球磨法、表面活性剂模板法、溶液燃烧法、化学削锉法以及络合法等:其中共沉淀法工艺简单,所得固溶体粒度均匀,便于工业化生产。

Abstract:The research progress of the approaches for the preparation of ceria-zirconia solid solutions is reviewed. Many preparation methods have been applied for the material. These include conventional co-precipitation, sol-gel techniques, the high-energy milling of a mixture of the oxides, a surfactant-assisted approach, a single step solution combustion process, chemical filling and the citrate method et al. Of all these methods, the process of the conventional co-precipitation is simple, and the obtained solid solutions grain size is even, and it is more suitable for mass production.
