| 摘 要： | 指出工程造价的控制应贯穿于工程建设的全过程,而控制的重点和关键在于设计阶段,从结构方案优化设计对工程造价的影响进行了论述,说明方案设计应做到技术与经济的有机结合,才能有效控制工程造价,提高工程投资效益。

| Abstract: | Engineering cost control goes through the whole construction process of engineering, while critical stage for cost control is in design phase. In this paper from the influences of the optimum design of structural scheme on engineering cost discussion is made. Author points out that schematic design should realize organic combination of technology and economy to realize effective control of cost and increase investment returns. |
