| Abstract: | Process migration is great signification of dynamic load balance, fault tolerance and system administration in cluster. Describes the goals and general steps of process migration in distributed systems, compares the process migration mechanisms in two typical cluster operating system, Kerrighed and openMosix, analyzes the impact of process migration mechanism to cluster performance. |
