聚醚脂肪酸酯的合成及应用

摘    要:以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂、石油醚为携水剂,合成了性能优良的聚醚脂肪酸酯。考察了聚醚相对分子质量、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量及原料摩尔比等工艺条件对脂肪酸转化率的影响。结果表明,在聚醚相对分子质量1300,反应温度180qC、反应时N4h、催化剂用量占反应物总量0.5%、原料聚醚与脂肪酸摩尔比1.1:1的优化条件下,合成的聚醚脂肪酸酯作为单体之一,用于高速纺化纤油剂中,具有良好的耐热性、平滑性、集束性与牵伸性。

Abstract:Polyether fatty acid ester with good performance was synthesized using toluene - p - sulfonic acid as catalyst and petroleum ether as water - carrying agent. The influences of molecular weight of polyether fatty acid, reaction temperaturereaction time, catalyst amount and reactant molar ratio on the conversion were discussed. The result showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: molecular weight of polyether fatty acid ester 1 300,reaction temperature 180 ℃,reaction time 4 hours, catalyst amount 0. 5% (based on the total mass of the reactants) and molar ratio of polyether to fatty acid 1.1 : 1. The polyether fatty acid ester prepared had good thermal stability, lubfieity, and drawability when used as main ingredient of spinning finishes.
