摘    要:分析了双向拉伸PET(BOPET)薄膜生产过程中“脱夹”因素。结果表明:薄膜厚度不均、拉伸温度、压辊和红外加热器压力不均及安装检修不当是主要影响因素,通过调整检查可以减少“脱夹”的产生。

Abstract:The factors of "doff-clip" of BOPET film was studied. The results showed the uneveness in thickness of film, drawing temperature, pressure of both roller and infrared heater were main influence factors. In addition, irregular installation and improper examination and repair were the factors too. Adjusting above-mentioned factors could reduce the "doff-clip".
