腐蚀网格对板材性能影响的试验研究

摘    要:网格应变分析(CGA)技术已被广泛应用于成形难易性评价、模具的调试与修整、冲压件成形质量判定、冲压成形失效分析、仿真结果验证等各方面.电化学腐蚀法是在板材表面蚀刻圆形网格的常用方法之一,这种蚀刻过程会使板材表面产生一定的损伤.为了研究这种损伤是否会对板材本身的力学性能产生影响,选取270,370,440,590 MPa等不同强度级别以及冷轧、热镀纯锌、热镀锌铁合金等不同表面镀层的铜板作为试验材料,进行了蚀刻圆形网格前后板材力学性能的对比试验.分析结果表明,因在板材表面蚀刻网格而造成的这种表面损伤,对板材本身的力学性能的影响并不显著.

Abstract:The technique of Circle Grid Analysis(CGA) has been widely applied to the following processes,such as formability evaluation, die tryout,forming quality control for press workpiece,failure analysis of drawing and testing of simulation results.Electrochemical marking is one of the useful methods to etch circular grids on metal sheets.But in the etching process the surface of sheet will be damaged to some extent.For the purpose of studying the effect of the surface damage on the steel sheet's mechanical performance, samples with different strength grades(270,370,440 and 590MPa),different coatings(cold rolled,hot dip galvanized and hot dip galvanized alloy) were taken as testing materials,to make comparison of sheet's mechanical properties before and after etching circular grids.The analytical results show that the effect of this damage on the steel sheet's mechanical performance is not obvious.
