浅析电控燃油喷射系统的典型故障诊断

摘    要:目前,电控燃油喷射系统(简称EFI)已在国内外轿车上广泛应用。但是在排除电控燃油喷射系统故障时,发现尽管故障现象不同,原因各异,但颇具典型性的当属氧传感器、冷却液温度传感器和节气门位置传感器的故障。它们不仅有故障率高的特点,而且对发动机工况的影响也较大。为此,笔者拟结合多年的车辆装备维修实践,以及到基层部队调研培训实际情况,就以上几种电控燃油喷射系统典型故障谈一下个人见解,仅供参考。

A Brief Analysis of Fault Diagnosis on the EFI Engine
Abstract:At present, the EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) system has already been widely used in saloon cars both from domestic and abroad. But at troubleshooting faults in the EFI system, even though the faults were found with different phenomenon and causes, while the rather typical ones were belonged to the faults of Oxygen sensor, coolant temperature sensor and air valve position sensor. They were not only having characteristics of high fault rate, but also impacting a lot to working condition of the engine. Therefor, by combining many years of repairing practices in vehicle equipment, and training & researching in actual condition of army units of grass roots, for the typical faults of EFI system above, personal opinions are discussed, and provided for reference only.
