大功率白光LED加速寿命试验方法与可靠性评估

摘    要:大功率白光LED能否最终实现半导体照明,有赖于其光效和可靠性问题的解决。通过分析LED的失效模式,从寿命方面评估了大功率白光LED的可靠性。介绍了LED的加速寿命试验法,通过外推法预测大功率白光LED的预计使用寿命。在没有LED寿命评价测试技术与测试结果标准的情况下,加速寿命试验仍是白光LED可靠性评估的主要方法。

Abstract:Whether high-power white LED can realize lighting depends on the improvement of its luminous effcien-cy and reliability.The invalidation patterns of LED was analyzed,the reliability of high-power white LED lifetime was also assessed.The method of accelerated life test of LED was introduced,and calculates the LED lifetime by extrapolation method.Accelerated life test is still the most useful method in reliability assessment of white LED if there is no standards about testing technique or result in it.
