| 摘 要： | 试验研究了样杯的结构、材质、容积、壁厚、涂料等因素对Al-Si合金热分析系统的精度的影响；结果表明，采用浸入法取样，可消除浇注温度和浇注量对冷却曲线的影响；石墨质样杯和铜质样杯适用于Al-Si合金热分析，并可重复使用。
